How quickly can you share candidates?
For most blue-collar and entry-level roles we share a first shortlist within 48 hours. Specialist and managerial roles usually take one to two weeks depending on the market.
What does it cost to hire through Minute Sourcing?
Employers pay a placement fee only when a candidate joins. Contract staffing is billed monthly. There is no charge to register a requirement or to receive a shortlist. We never charge job seekers.
Do you verify candidates?
Yes. Every candidate is phone-verified for identity, location and availability. For permanent roles we also check documents, previous employment and references on request.
What if a hire leaves soon after joining?
Each engagement includes a replacement period. If the candidate leaves or is let go within that period, we find a replacement at no additional fee.
Which locations do you cover?
We are headquartered in Davangere and work with employers across Karnataka, including Bengaluru, Hubballi, Mysuru, Shivamogga and Mangaluru. We also support hiring in other Indian states for existing clients.
