We share candidate information only with employers who are considering that candidate for a role, and only the information relevant to the role. We share employer requirements with candidates only to the extent needed to describe the job. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and telephony who process data on our instructions. Retention and security

We keep candidate profiles while they remain relevant to current or future opportunities and remove them on request. Employer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@minutesourcing.com or calling +91 81972 99706.
