Services for employers

Recruitment and staffing engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out fees, timelines, replacement periods and other commercial terms. Nothing on this website overrides that agreement. Shortlist timelines and replacement guarantees described on the site are indicative and confirmed in writing for each engagement.

Services for job seekers

• Minute Sourcing never charges candidates a fee at any stage of the recruitment process.
• Registering with us does not guarantee a job offer. We share your profile with employers only for roles that match and with your consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Misrepresentation may lead to withdrawal of an offer.

Fraud warning

We will never ask you to pay for registration, training, uniforms or job offers. If anyone requests money in the name of Minute Sourcing, please report it immediately to info@minutesourcing.com.

Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos and software on this website belong to Minute Sourcing Private Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minute Sourcing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability under service agreements is governed by those agreements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Davangere, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
